“A fascinating excursion through the history of Mexican immigrants in the United States.” The Washington Post

Los Angeles Times op-ed columnist Gregory Rodriguez has written widely on issues of race relations and national identity in such leading publications as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal and The Washington Post. The Economist has praised him for “decisively changing the understanding of the Latino experience in the United States,” and Esquire Magazine listed him among the “Best and Brightest” Americans who will revolutionize the way we think.
